This course covers an advanced examination of incident/accident investigation procedures and reviews the process of Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Emphasis will be placed on a number of recent regulations proposing RCA as an integral component to the accident/incident investigation process.
Topics in this interactive course will include: preparation and planning, witness interviewing and qualifying, photographing and scene assessment, analytical techniques and report writing.
