This course presents possible dangerous situations that may occur in the operation of a warehouse and the use of related equipment. Identification and mitigation of hazards is the main focus of the course.

OSHA has identified Public Storage and Warehousing as one of seven industries with a high lost time claim rate. Injuries may occur from forklifts, material handling and lifting, exposure to hazardous substances, and slips, trips and falls.
